This is a series of 6 workshops incorporating Gardening, Cooking and Eating with evidence-based Nutrition information. Workshops are delivered by a Registered Public Health Nutritionist, and an experienced gardener for the hands-on gardening sessions. Usually held weekly, the course outline is below with cooking sessions are held on session 2,4,and 6, and a healthy morning tea provided on alternate weeks.

Grow Cook Eat mini series: 4 workshops with the focus (more) on gardening. Includes sessions 1,2,3 and 5 above with cooking included in 2 sessions.
Outcomes:
- Increase involvement in your local community garden
- Formation of local community connections and friendships
- Increase knowledge, confidence and skills for gardening and cooking
- Greater understanding on the importance of making healthier food choices and how to make them when shopping.
